As an attorney, I have over five years of experience in the corporate department of two law firms ranked in The American Lawyer’s Top 100. In each of these roles, I negotiated and drafted transaction agreements, including non-disclosure agreements, limited partnership agreements, limited liability company agreements, and side letters. I excelled at both firms, regularly assuming higher levels of responsibility.

I also successfully completed two federal clerkships. As a law clerk, I drafted decisions, orders, and bench memoranda on a range of matters, including alleged constitutional violations, claims of police brutality, breaches of employment contracts, intellectual property violations, writs of habeas corpus, and motions for compassionate release.

Since my clerkships, I’ve worked as a consultant reviewing and abstracting the governing agreements of private funds and advising clients on their ongoing legal obligations.

Along with practicing law, I am a writer. My comedy writing has been included in The Onion and Reductress. My screenwriting has been recognized by the CineStory Foundation. And my half-hour comedy pilot, "Judge Conroy," advanced to the semifinals of the 2025 Austin Film Festival.
